Singapore GP and Ber-fondue @ home

It was the first ever night race in Formula One history and i missed it?? sigh~ i actually dont remember to watch at all. haha! i was sitting in the living room watching CSI while waiting for CL to fetch me for yumcha. how stupid was i? how can i forgot? i should change channel more often maybe i'll accidently bump into that channel! sigh~

oh well. i heard it was an interesting race. My favourite driver, the defending world champion, Kimi Raikkonen, sigh~ failed to deliver any point in the Singapore GP. Kimi Raikkonen concedes defeat in race for the world title. with only 3 remaining races and 27 points behind the leader, do u think he can catch up? unless all those drivers that above him fail to score points for the 3 remaining races la. impossible~

as u can see below, it was a spectacular race that night although Kimi crashed out with just 4 remaining laps. sigh~ Massa finished out of points after the incident happened at the pit lane. Massa got a green light to drive off while the fuel rig was still attached to his car. Massa knocked over a mechanic and nearly knocked another car. i dont think that was his fault. he was given green light.. how the heck he knows the rig is still attached to the car? no time to turn to look. He stopped the car at the end of the pit lane and was penalised.Massa dropped from lead to 18th and finished 13th. what a waste.. started at the first grid and ended up so far away from podium finish.

Chocolate Fondue @ home

my family usually dine out on saturdays. last saturday was different. well, we dined out and came home to have fondue! yeay!

Xhin and Binng had been bugging me to bring them to supermarket to buy the ingredients to eat with the fondue. well, frankly speaking, this is the first time i did fondue at home. i'm not sure what to buy. so i refer to some recipe book, which was not very helpful. hmm.. i decided to buy biscuits, stick biscuits, bananas and marsh mellow. didnt wanna get strawberries coz the strawberries in the nearby supermarket were not fresh...

MARSH MELLOWS!! colourful and white ones! was put together with chopped bananas. looks nice! then we have....

BISCUITS!! this is nice!

of coz, the most important one is the chocolate! without chocolate, no fondue. haha!

it was juz a simple deco and some simple finger food to dip into the fondue. my cousin din really know what a fondue was until last saturday. eventhough they ate fondue in Baskin Robbins before. /swt!

i suggested that we should have it in the garden as not to dirty the floor inside the house. nyamuk byk but we lighted up mosquitos coil. better~

Binng Binng cant wait to eat and Aunt Swee Ling stirring the chocolate in order to avoid it becoming hard and stick to the base. Mum tried a bit. she wasnt a fan of sweet food. well neither am i. but wth! hahaha! it was too cute to resist! LOLx!

the biscuits finished quite fast as it was the most delicious one to dip into the chocolate. so Binng went inside to bring out the stick biscuits.

what Huay did with her biscotti! nvr once she fail to play with food! she used to design a word by dipping dahl sauce into a plate of curry. very creative but disgusting! yeeeeeeyer!~ but this "H" was simple and nice la! although the chocolate on top of it might look like erm.. poo. haha!

THIS IS WHAT HAPPEN WHEN U ARE CHOCOLATE OVERDOSED!!~

U become greedy and u wont give even a slight chance to other ppl to grab ur food. u would take as many food as possible and stuff 'em into ur mouth. hahaha!
