Amiey's Wedding Kenduri

Amiey got married on 25th December 2007.

I wan invited to her weding kenduri which was held in her place Pangsapuri Intan in Bukit Permai, Cheras.

"Sepahar nasi kunyit, setepak sirih, Setangkai Bunga Telur kami sembahkan bagi mengundang Cik Yinng, Family and Partner."

Amiey was my ex-colleague when i was doing my co-op (internship) in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (Convex)- Nov-Dec '06. Maybe bcoz both of us were trainee tat time, we clicked together very well.

I invited Huay and Binng along~ we reached bout 2 pm.. the kenduri started at 12pm n ended at 4pm. i was told by Amiey to come at 2pm, after the bersanding ceremony so i can easily see and talk to her.

i was not used to Malay weddings.. hehe!this is my second time. (first malay wedding i attended was my dad fren's wedding). so v stayed in the car for bout 15 mins-20 mins figuring how to go in..whr to enter..who shud i give the gift to?.. and etc~ first time ma.. no fren sumore!

and we were obviously the only chinese around. :)

We greeted! We watched! We Ate! We took photos! not to forget..We took the 'bunga telur'! We Thank and said Goodbye! We camwhored! wahaha!! this is outside the kenduri place, whr i park my car! the background would be very nice if not bcoz of the lorry and the red car~ ishy mishy!!~ hehe~

too excited with our eggs n souvenirs from the wedding~ wahaha!! the aunties in the kenduri were very frenly. we asked for the 'bunga telur' from the aunties coz they did not distribute to the place we sat. the aunties were all in the same attire. a flowery black and yellow kurung~ first i tot they were "pun leong" (bride's maid) but think back.. they were too old to b 'pun leong' la~ haha!!
